Kesha founded Social Media Design Pro in the spring of 2022. She had continuously encountered clients who seemed lost and frustrated with social media. These small business owners felt that social media was simply a "time suck" and that making genuine, authentic connections with their audience online was impossible.
Kesha realized that many of these businesses didn't have the internal staff or extensive resources to learn the ins and outs of building a powerful social presence. The ones who did preferred to work on other aspects of their business, leaving social strategy by the wayside.
